Josselin Rio works on democratic theory through the prism of constitutional and electoral law. He is the author of a thesis entitled “The guiding principles of the democratic relationship of power. A contribution to the study of the legal theory of political democracy”. He is also the author of several contributions on election campaigns, voting systems and deliberation within parliamentary assemblies.
