Representation and Sustainable Development and member of the Scientific Committee of the Research Chair on Parliamentary Institutions.
Associate researcher with the Groupe de recherche en communication politique, the Centre
d”analyse des politiques publiques and the Centre d’études sur les valeurs, attitudes et sociétés at Concordia University.
In addition to publications on open primaries, the role of MNAs, autonomist parties and electoral
behavior, his most recent publications focus on digital democracy, political cabinet work,
lobbying, generational change in Quebec and the evolution of the Quebec partisan system. He
sits on the editorial board of the International Journal of Comparative Politics.
