Kári Hólmar Ragnarsson researches and teaches in the fields of Icelandic constitutional law,
comparative constitutional law and international law, with a particular focus on human rights and
constitutional reform.
He has published various articles in publications such as Global Constitutionalism and the London
Review of International Law.
