Maya Hertig Randall's research and teaching focus on Swiss and comparative constitutional law and the international protection of human rights, with an emphasis on the relationship between constitutional jurisdiction and direct democracy, the protection of vulnerable persons and minorities, the prohibition of discrimination and freedoms of communication.
