Aurélie Duffy-Meunier has worked for many years on comparative constitutional law, and is more particularly interested in the constitutionalism of common law countries, democracy and citizen participation, the rule of law and the protection of human rights.

She is the author of La protection des droits et libertés au Royaume-Uni. Recherche sur le Human Rights Act 1998 et les mutations du droit constitutionnel britannique face aux exigences de la Convention européenne des droits de l’homme, 2007, 636 p. She edited the book Quels espaces pour la démocratie participative ? Perspectives comparées, 2021, 208 p. and co-authored and co-edited several books.
