CONTAMIN Jean-Gabriel

Jean-Gabriel Contamin specializes in the sociology of mobilization, the sociology of democracy and e-democracy, and the sociology of the social uses of law.

He directed the ANR APPEL (Multidisciplinary Analysis of Online Petitioning), a research project combining political science, law, language science, and computer science, in collaboration with researchers from the Université Saint-Louis Bruxelles, the Université de Libre de Bruxelles, and the UPEC. He notably co-edited an issue of the journal Participations devoted to online petitioning (August 2021).
