Marc-Olivier Busslinger's thesis focuses on e-government and federalism in Swiss law. He is interested in the digital transformation of authorities, and in the influence of digitisation on the rights of individuals. His thesis examines the tension between federalism, one of Switzerland's structuring constitutional principles, and the rationalisation of state action that justifies the digitisation of administrative processes.
